Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Minor differences in appearance, colour or packaging may occur.
Nudge is designed as a visual routine aid for children and is not a medical device.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.
Shipping
Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout.
Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, import charges or carrier handling fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Returns are subject to our return policy displayed during the purchase process. Please contact hello@nudgeguide.com if you need help with a return or a faulty product.
Product use
Nudge should be used in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. Children should use the product with appropriate adult supervision.
Intellectual property
The Nudge name, characters, artwork, website content and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
